The Austrian headquarters of S&T AG and the Kapsch Group have agreed on the acquisition of Kapsch subsidiaries - uniformly in the markets of Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
The Slovak company Kapsch s.r.o. based in Bratislava is a member of the S&T Group.
System integrator Kapsch s.r.o. provides communication and business solutions in Slovakia. The portfolio of solutions includes deliveries of ICT equipment and infrastructure, communications security and efficient collaboration services, information security, and optimization of ICT operation.
S&T Slovakia s.r.o. is one of the leading IT companies in Slovakia. The portfolio of its business solutions represents IT and business consulting and implementation of SAP solutions. With regard to infrastructure solutions, it offers services ranging from deliveries of IT components up to planning and implementation of complex network and storage solutions, solutions for the operation of virtual data centers, and cloud services.
In addition to deliveries of technologies, the activities of both companies particularly overlap in IT services management, “where we have major customers in common. With this transaction, our customers can get more comprehensive IT support and other portfolio solutions that we can now provide together with S&T specialists,” said Marek Stanislav, Managing Director of Kapsch s.r.o.
