Software Services - Operating Systems

Operating system installation (SW installation)

This service is order based and comprises installation of one of the existing operating systems. Installation is performed on-site by certified supplier's staff. The basic precondition for performing the installation is meeting by the customer of all legal obligations required to perform the installation (legally purchased software and licences).

Software support of server operating systems

This service includes the following:
  • phone support and consulting when resolving issues related to specified SW products
  • supply of up-to-date OS versions, within the release version purchased by the customer
  • supply of software patches (fixes, service packs)
  • support in resolving system issues
  • help with OS and application recovery from backup

Migration of server operating systems and rollouts

This service provides the customer with full-fledged project activity including all aspects of project management (current status analysis, project planning, pilot project, rollout, and, if necessary, also migration and risk management).
