Our customer support department provides maintenance service and technical support for all equipment sold and distributed by S&T Varias in the Slovak Republic.

Technical support and maintenance is provided for:

  • Philips medical and diagnostic equipment

  • installation and successive verification of functionality using standardized test methods
  • warranty and post-warranty repairs according to customer requirements
  • preventive maintenance on-site or in our service centre
  • several levels of contractual service, including service of supercritical applications with continuous 24 hour support including weekends and public holidays with a guaranteed repair time
  • consulting and technical support for non-standard applications
  • training of customer's employees
