SAP OutsourcingTo be able to provide SAP outsourcing and customer support in all countries where S&T does its business, we have built an SAP Outsourcing Centre in Slovakia, which provides the following SAP outsourcing related services:
Part of the above services can be provided remotely to customers with their own IT infrastructure in form of the so-called outtasking (selective outsourcing). One of the main advantages of outsourcing and outtasking is the possibility to request additional resources to support and secure operation during critical time periods, such as EOD, EOM, EOY, increased traffic, deployment of new modules and similar. The customer does not have to allocate its own technical or human resources, which during the other time of year remain idle and increase the overall costs. From the viewpoint of SAP availability the Outsourcing Centre provides its services on three different SLA (Service Level Agreement) levels. Customer background, experience and stability of S&T Varias are a guarantee of long-term trouble-free outsourcing operation. |
