There is only one central point for reporting, monitoring and resolving of IT related issues. The service level of monitoring and resolving of requirements can be defined by a contract. Complex IT care includes design, optimisation and implementation according to the customer’s needs. Selective outsourcingOnly selected services are outsourced as requested by the customer. IT infrastructure is owned by the customer.Comprehensive outsourcingComplex care of the customer’s IT environment including a full portfolio of services used to ensure operability of the IT environment.
