“Winner Automotive” on the fast lane with S&TInnovative CRM project for the Ukrainian automotive industryThe many benefits Winner Automotive got from the CRM implementation include: • Standardization of the sales process • Implementation of a reporting system based on corporate templates based on CRM data • Basic data about sales managers’ activities are synchronized and centralized • Management has access to data about company activities with a range of analytical cuts • Time spent on the processing of client requests is optimized • Important marketing tasks are automated: e.g. notification to clients about new models and programs, client surveys etc. • CRM remote access functionality make data available for external users • Data from sales units and service units are merged in the system S&T also implemented and updated other IT services in conjunction with the CRM project. These included a corporate mailing system, a data storage system, a centralized back-up and restore service for the CRM system, an update of the database management and a secure remote access system based on Microsoft ISA Server. About 50 corporate users from 6 different units now use the CRM system. More than 14,000 records logging previous contacts with clients were imported into the CRM system from the old applications. The S&T project for Winner Automotive is the first ever implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the Ukrainian automotive industry.
