Remote Support for Operating SystemsBy purchasing our remote support service for operating systems the customer obtains security of qualified administration and quick resolution of problems that might occur in server operating systems
The service comprises the following activities:
If requested by the customer, remote administration can be enhanced by on-line surveillance service which provides constant monitoring of OS parameters and minimizes outages or performance drops in server operating systems.
On-line monitoring is performed by sensors installed into the operating system. Such sensors constantly monitor the OS parameters and in case of emergencies immediately report any errors to the S&T Slovakia control centre.

User HelpdeskBy purchasing this service the customer obtains a single contact point for reporting any hardware or software related issues. The customer can easily keep track of all issues and their resolution, minimizes system outages and optimizes usability of its computer equipment.
